Our Vision

Our vision is to transform the lives of wounded, injured and sick Service personnel and veterans through the power of golf.Golf provides a unique basis for physical and mental recovery, and can help restore self belief, providing our beneficiaries, proudly called our Members, with a level playing field not possible in other sports. Our nationwide events aim to restore confidence, promoting physical and mental recovery. We work closely with each individual to find employment opportunities in the golf industry, allowing them to truly get back on course. We know that golf helps to focus the mind and ultimately aids recovery, which we hope will lead to employment opportunities. Our beneficiaries can attest to what we do, and now we want to spread the word.

By December 2020 we have set ourselves ambitious targets to not only be the dominant golf charity in the UK but also to be recognised among the top three UK military charities.

"Through the OCF I have developed my confidence as well as my golf skills. I have joined a local golf club and now play with other people. PTSD is a hidden wound, it is not a clearly visible injury, and golf is an ideal sport where you can find temporary peace from issues in your mind."

"The On Course Foundation to me is something that I am immensely proud to be a part of…on top of all the great things they do, they also help us with employment in the golf industry; I myself have recently secured a work placement with American Golf and also a promising meeting with Titleist. I personally can’t thank them enough in the way they have helped me with my recovery."
