What We Do
What We Do

On Course Foundation is the leading military charity that reignites futures through the sport of golf.

This is where it begins. This is where our Service personnel and Veterans have the time and space to recover, learn and embark on new opportunities.

It's not about wrapping it up. It's about starting it up. Giving our beneficiaries the skills to play, engage and kickstart employment in the golf industry.

Our strong relationships with Defence Recovery Capability and the Personnel Recovery Units (PRUs) around the UK allow us to reach more Service personnel who haven;t yet heard of us and don't know how we can help them.

We're committed to helping Veterans as well who suffer from physical and mental injuries. Everyone is welcome to attend our events, no matter when an injury took place.

We introduce Service personnel to what we do through our Introductory Golf Events held at golf clubs close to each PRU. These aim to introduce potential members to golf an encourage them to attend our Golf Skills and Employment Courses.

Our Golf Skills and Employment Courses allow our attendees to fully explore how golf can help them on the road to recovery and how the industry can provide employment. Members not only receive comprehensive golf tuition from our training professionals, but also career advice and guidance from industry professionals in golf course management, greenkeeping and marketing to name but a few.
